Residential Conveyancing

Mary is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has worked both as a residential conveyancer and also as team leader in two of the largest law firms in Bristol helping to train more junior conveyancers.   She has also taught the Council of Licensed Conveyancers course at City of Bristol College.

Her expertise is in all aspects of residential conveyancing, dealing with sales and purchases of both houses and flats, remortgages, transfers of equity and equity release schemes.
